Technical Data (short)

Our engineers tried their best to minimise the house’s ecological footprint, therefore opted for natural materials, swapped the concrete base to ground screws, and sourced energy from renewable sources.

BUILDING

Standing on quick installed ground screws above ground level, aesthetic, unique robust design that can withstand extreme weather conditions e.g.: a Richter scale 7 earthquake, or continuous winds of 100-120km/h.

SOLAR ENERGY

A state-of-the-art solar system on top of NOAH HOUSE generates the electricity needed to run the house. As standard, the house is heated, ventilated, hot water is produced and the lighting and household appliances are operated exclusively with renewable energy.

The solar panels mounted on the roof of the house provide the electricity needed for the operation of the house and the life of a family of 4-5 people. The number of solar panels depends on the intended use and can be expanded according to the electrical equipment planned to be operated by the occupants or whether it is also intended to charge an electric car.

WATER SUPPLY

NOAH House collects, purifies and stores rainwater so you don’t have to worry about drier days! NOAH’s management system provides water (domestic and drinking water) for a family of 4-5 people.

Purification and filtration takes place in two phases before use. The water is passed first through a membrane filter and then through a UV sterilizer, thus ensuring excellent water quality.

Rainwater is collected in the rainwater management system below the floor level of the house in a closed container and cleaned before use. The overflow ensures that the water level does not rise above a certain maximum level.

Toilets are flushed with treated grey water, cutting average water consumption into nearly half.
