Only the electrical energy obtained from the solar panels ensures the operation of the house.

If necessary, the house can also be operated with batteries in island mode, but today it is even more cost - effective to set up a system with a so - called back - and - forth meter. The essence of the latter is that the unused, produced electricity is fed back into the grid and it is credited after the annual reading. The system we have designed is scaled so that with average usage, the annual electricity bill is 0 HUF.

 For trouble-free operation, an uninterruptible battery is installed, which provides a solution to bridge a power failure, for example.

 The external facade of the housing is equipped with special motion detectors, thus creating an external, so-called shell protection, preventing possible damage by vandals and burglars. The alarm system in the house will also be expanded with smoke detectors, which will be built in every room.
